Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve store sales goals by delivering the ALO experience and Brand Mission standard through product education and guest engagement.
  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Maintain daily customer relationships, resolve client needs quickly, and educate guests and staff on product, community, and culture.
  • •Support store operations including sales floor coverage, shipment processing, and visual merchandising and daily replenishment.
  • •Execute front and back of house procedures in accordance with company policies and maintain a clean, safe, inviting store environment.
