Drive store sales by delivering an authentic guest experience through product education and community engagement. Serve as a product knowledge expert on features, benefits, fabrics, usage, design, and care, while leading ALO’s Flow initiatives to exceed sales goals. Build customer relationships daily, ensure smooth floor coverage, support shipment and merchandising, and execute front- and back-of-house procedures in line with company policies.
