Employee Relations Specialist

Manage straightforward workplace investigations end-to-end, including interviews, evidence review, reporting, and delivering fair outcomes for employees and managers. Coordinate Occupational Health and Workplace Support casework across Europe, serve as a primary contact for providers, and handle workplace adjustments and return-to-work processes. Provide day-to-day employee relations guidance, support policy and training development, and maintain confidential case records while reporting trends to the HR team.
