Job Summary

Lead the MSC (Maquette & Support) cell for electrotechnical cabling and harness assemblies, coordinating design support, data definition, and service center operations. You’ll analyze incomplete or ill-defined requests, formalize technical documentation, manage priorities and resources, ensure compliance with IPC standards, and drive Lean improvements to optimize quality, cost, and delivery for defense-related hardware.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive, analyze and qualify requests for cabling, harnesses or electrotechnical sub-assemblies, ensuring technical feasibility, data completeness and clear understanding of needs.
•Technically formalize under-defined requests, preparing necessary documents (schematics, definition dossiers, wiring documents) using tools such as See Electrical to ensure robust execution and easy reuse in future developments.
•Functionally lead the MSC cell and coordinate internal/external resources, prioritizing work, tracking load, anticipating needs, managing risks and ensuring quality/cost/delivery commitments.
•Ensure proper realization of work in accordance with applicable standards, IPC norms and safety rules (ESD, HSE).
•Contribute to operational management of the team, supporting workload distribution, skills development, objective setting and performance tracking.
•Promote and implement Lean transformation and continuous improvement across the service center, indicators, flow optimization and 5S practices.

Key Requirements

•Engineer diploma or equivalent Bac+5, with significant experience in electrotechnics or multidisciplinary industrial workshop or design office, ideally in designing and manufacturing cables, harnesses or electrotechnical sub-assemblies.
