Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work.
  • •5+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelors degree (or equivalent combination of work-related experience and technical education).
  • •Lean Manufacturing experience (preferred: 5+ years).
  • •Partnering with key functions in an integrator/lead role (preferred: 5+ years).
  • •Experience leading cross functional teams (preferred: 3+ years).
