Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, prepare, and deliver detailed and accurate LCU/R HVAC quotes based on customer requests and specifications.
  • •Review RFQs, equipment replacements, and customer requirements to determine product selection and pricing.
  • •Validate all quoted information including pricing, configurations, availability, freight, lead times, and applicable warranties.
  • •Ensure quotes follow Trane Supply policies, pricing authority guidelines, and established quoting standards.
  • •Interpret HVAC specifications, drawings, and schedules; manage quote workload to meet turnaround times and customer expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • •Prior experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, technical quoting, or sales support strongly preferred.
  • •Familiarity with commercial HVAC products, particularly light commercial and replacement equipment.
  • •Strong technical aptitude to interpret equipment specifications, mechanical drawings, and application requirements.
