Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain both consumer-facing and enterprise-grade software in a fast-paced startup environment.
•Contribute to system architecture decisions and scale the platform to handle thousands of users concurrently.
•Optimize performance and reduce latency, including initiatives to bring response times down to 200ms.
•Collaborate with internal teams to integrate with customers’ internal hiring systems and present interview results effectively.
•Participate in the full development lifecycle from design to deployment, contributing to product strategy and feature expansion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 250,000 annually

•Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript, React, Node, and Next.js for building web applications
•Strong Python experience for backend services

•Ability to work in-person in San Francisco 5 days a week and collaborate closely with the team
•Comfort building both consumer-facing and enterprise-grade software and designing scalable architectures
