•Lead a team of Security Guards and Security Specialists, managing their professional development and performance.
•Steer complex security projects across personnel, events and loss prevention to ensure the safest environment at the site.
•Document processes, generate analyses and central KPI reports, and implement corrective actions when target deviations occur.
•Coordinate with internal and external security teams to deliver effective security services at the site.
•Develop and apply risk analyses and budget calculations to optimize security measures and allocate resources effectively.

•Bachelor’s degree in a security-related field (e.g., security management, criminology, law)
