Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of Security Guards and Security Specialists, managing their professional development and performance.
  • •Steer complex security projects across personnel, events and loss prevention to ensure the safest environment at the site.
  • •Document processes, generate analyses and central KPI reports, and implement corrective actions when target deviations occur.
  • •Coordinate with internal and external security teams to deliver effective security services at the site.
  • •Develop and apply risk analyses and budget calculations to optimize security measures and allocate resources effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a security-related field (e.g., security management, criminology, law)
  • •Approximately 5 years of work experience, ideally in physical security

  • •Knowledge in law, security technology, loss prevention, forensics interviewing, event security, de-escalation and personal safety
  • •Very good German (C1) and good English (B2) language skills
