Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end development lifecycles for industrial PCs, programmable logic controllers, backplanes, and other industrial electronic equipment.
  • •Own project effort and budget, product cost targets, milestones, change management, and implementation of product requirements.
  • •Create and manage development schedules by coordinating electronic and firmware design, prototype builds, and detailed test campaigns (compliance, continuous integration, production testing, and field trials).
  • •Track critical-path dependencies across electronics design, bring-up, firmware development, and supply chain introduction; run structured phase-gate development with global gate reviews.
  • •Coordinate compliance campaigns and NPI, collaborate with Product Management, identify project risks and mitigation plans, and maintain reporting dashboards for senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Experience leading hardware, electronics, embedded systems, or industrial product development projects.
  • •Strong understanding of hardware/software development methodologies and product development lifecycles.
  • •Experience coordinating parallel hardware and firmware development (including board bring-up and system integration).
  • •Proficiency with standard project management and ERP tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP) and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid frameworks.
