Key Responsibilities

  • •Forecast and budget equipment upkeep costs and process-related expenditures.
  • •Drive equipment and process cost reduction initiatives while maintaining performance.
  • •Develop systems and procedures for first-time success in PM execution, effective troubleshooting with low MTTR, optimized spare usage, and stable process recovery.
  • •Monitor and improve equipment performance, process capability (CP/CPK), reliability, and yield; lead root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions for excursions.
  • •Partner with Manufacturing Managers to address constraints and bottlenecks, improve OEE, and optimize metrology/sampling and process optimization (recipe tuning and process window definition) to enhance yield and throughput.
