Assistant Store Leader

Partner with the Store Leader to drive store productivity and profitability through client-focused leadership, coaching, and operational excellence. Set the tone on the sales floor, elevate omni-channel and virtual selling with effective clienteling and loyalty programs, and use customer data to support repeat business. Recruit, develop, and manage performance, own sales planning and forecasting, and ensure brand standards, inventory accuracy, cash handling, and compliance.
