Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary point of contact for assigned commercial customers and Relationship Managers, providing best-in-class relationship management.
•Mitigate issues and resolve complex problems independently while ensuring adherence to bank policies and minimizing customer impact.
•Oversee onboarding and manage end-to-end commercial deposit and loan account processes, facilitating complex customer needs and risk controls.
•Manage complex, highly visible customer relationships and provide product solutions (e.g., escrow services, deposit account control agreements, controlled disbursement, credit sweeps).
•Provide day-to-day guidance to service colleagues/partners and support workflow, operational, and risk management improvements; participate in deal and business segment meetings.

Key Requirements

•High school, GED, or equivalent required.
•5+ years in commercial banking with focus in deposits, loans, and treasury.
•Demonstrated management, customer service, and banking operations experience.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and professionalism when collaborating across the organization.
•Ability to facilitate and negotiate; ability to mentor, coach, and train peers and less experienced colleagues.
