Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the principal point of contact for critical technical issues and coordinate rapid resolution to minimise downtime.
  • •Maintain and operate a range of machinery including conveyors, lifts and cranes, with proactive improvement works and maintenance activities.
  • •Ensure health and safety standards are followed and maintain safe working at height practices.
  • •Collaborate with operations teams to optimise uptime and reliability of site equipment in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • •Identify and implement continuous improvements to reduce downtime and improve efficiency at the Erith CFC.

  • •You have 5+ years of engineering experience with strong technical competency and a drive for career progression.
  • •Ideally from an FMCG background, you are confident working in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
  • •You’re computer literate, eager to learn new skills, and bring a creative, solution-focused mindset to problem-solving.
  • •Health and safety is a top priority, and you’re comfortable and trained to work safely at height.
  • •You hold at least a Level 3 qualification or a relevant engineering degree.
