Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and manage cost estimates, project budgets, and detailed cost plans; monitor expenditure and maintain cost forecasts.
  • •Provide cost and commercial advice during design development and support value engineering and cost optimisation.
  • •Lead tendering and procurement activities for CSA or MEP trade packages, including tender documentation, pricing schedules, and commercial evaluations.
  • •Manage contract administration activities such as variations, change orders, contractor claims, and assessment of progress claims and payment applications.
  • •Produce monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts, monitor variances and risks, and collaborate with project teams, contractors, and client representatives to support decision-making and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional accreditation (MRICS or equivalent) is advantageous.
  • •5–10 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial management.
  • •Strong experience in either CSA packages (structure, façade, architectural, or fit-out) or MEP packages (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, or critical infrastructure systems).
  • •Experience in data centre, mission-critical, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial projects, preferably within a cost consultancy, project management consultancy, contractor, or client-side environment.
