Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 3 years of machinist or tool maker experience working in the trade.
  • •Proficiency interpreting blueprints per ANSI/ASME Y14.5 (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing).
  • •Ability to set up and run CNC lathes (3 & 4.5 axis) and CNC mills (4 & 5 axis) in a production environment.
  • •Ability to inspect GD&T features using inspection tools such as vernier, micrometers, indicators, comparators, bore mics, surface plate, and CMM.
