Lead transformation of business risk and control alignment across the association by building scalable frameworks, strengthening governance, and embedding risk/control considerations early with business and transformation teams. Direct a team of risk and internal control professionals, oversee risk identification and measurement, manage internal loss data and emerging risk analytics, and advise senior leaders on risk mitigation and policy/procedure development.
