Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, update, calibrate, and verify hydraulic network models using InfoWorks ICM or similar software.
  • •Support catchment-level and local assessments for foul, storm, and combined sewer systems.
  • •Run model scenarios and analyze outputs including flood volumes, spill volumes, surcharge results, capacity constraints, and network performance.
  • •Review and interpret rainfall, flow monitoring, asset, GIS, SCADA, EDM, CCTV, and survey data to support modelling assessments.
  • •Prepare hydraulic layers, maps, technical notes, figures, and structured deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve modelling workflows and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources, Hydrology, GIS, Geography, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience in hydraulic, drainage, flood risk, hydrology, hydraulic modelling, GIS, or related water infrastructure work.
  • •Working knowledge of hydraulic modelling software, preferably InfoWorks ICM.
  • •Ability to interpret GIS data, asset records, rainfall, and flow monitoring data.
  • •Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and strong analytical attention to detail.
