Key Responsibilities

  • •Technically scope and lead delivery of multi-quarter, high-visibility projects across the Growth & Talent ecosystem (e.g., Greenhouse and Workday talent/performance solutions, Cornerstone optimization).
  • •Own functional specialist and delivery leadership for Growth & Talent capabilities including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, learning management, and career development integrations.
  • •Drive end-to-end integrations across Greenhouse, Cornerstone, and Workday in partnership with enterprise architects and delivery engineers.
  • •Execute against a prioritized backlog, breaking down epics into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable technical tasks within Scrum.
  • •Identify and resolve project risks and cross-system integration blockers; write detailed functional requirements, business process flows, data mappings, and use cases while mentoring junior analysts and developers.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of related experience in a professional People Technology / HRIS role with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with a Master’s degree.
  • •Deep functional and technical knowledge of Growth & Talent platforms, specifically Greenhouse (ATS), Cornerstone (LMS/L&D), and Workday Talent & Performance (succession, performance reviews, goals, feedback, skills).
  • •Proven track record as a Delivery Lead managing complex, multi-system HR technology initiatives, integrations, and feature rollouts.
  • •Ability to solve complex issues spanning multiple applications, data structures, and HR processes through systems analysis.
  • •Strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide agile delivery pods, facilitate requirements workshops, and mentor team members.
