Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Four to five or more years of job-related retail banking experience (or equivalent combination of experience and training).
•Requires NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and ongoing compliance with legal/regulatory registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record.
•Effective and confident client communication with the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
•Ability to teach customers how to use digital technology and make appropriate recommendations that meet customer needs both reactively and proactively.
