Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and oversee structural engineering designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • •Perform detailed structural analysis and calculations to determine load capacities and safety factors.
  • •Optimize structural designs balancing cost, safety, and performance while considering material efficiency and constructability.
  • •Prepare design documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports for construction and permitting.
  • •Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and drafting teams, and conduct reviews and site inspections to resolve issues during construction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Civil Engineering.
  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, with 5 years relevant structural experience (2 years GCC a plus).
  • •Advanced structural engineering expertise across steel, concrete, and timber structural systems.
  • •Proficiency with structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or Staad.Pro.
  • •Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards, plus ERP (preferably SAP functional) knowledge.
