Key Responsibilities

•Onboard and offboard users by creating accounts and configuring email in Exchange Online
•Prepare, configure, and deploy hardware and mobile devices for new hires ensuring readiness from day one
•Serve as the primary helpdesk for IT issues via phone, email, and in-person, diagnosing hardware, software, and connectivity problems and escalating when needed
•Maintain accurate real-time inventory of company assets and manage lifecycle from deployment to retirement
•Document work in tickets and contribute to the internal Knowledge Base (KB) with asset tracking and troubleshooting notes

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 55,000 - 60,000 annually

•1–3 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk
•Troubleshooting skills for Windows and MacOS; working knowledge of iOS and Android
•Practical familiarity with Microsoft 365 and basic understanding of Microsoft Entra ID; Exchange Online; familiarity with Intune (MDM)
•Strong documentation skills for ticketing and asset tracking; ability to follow security procedures
•Available 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mon-Fri in-office and willing to participate in an on-call rotation (evenings/weekends)
