Ensure accurate data flow to clients within SLAs and quality targets, monitor KPIs and workflows, and support cross-referencing needs for identifiers like CUSIP and ISIN. Contribute to process improvement and automation, document policies and quality controls, and communicate progress and escalations to stakeholders.
