Key Responsibilities

  • •Own demand-supply balancing for L11 Mechanical components by analyzing forecasts, purchase orders, inventory positions, lead times, and supplier capacity to ensure availability aligns with global build plans.
  • •Drive shortage resolution and supply risk mitigation as the primary point of contact for L11 Mechanical supply escalations, coordinating suppliers, logistics, manufacturing, and planning across global factory sites.
  • •Manage inventory health and optimization by monitoring excess/obsolete exposure, safety stock, and pipeline inventory, supporting product transitions and EOL management to minimize material risk.
  • •Coordinate with suppliers on operational execution, including purchase order flow, delivery schedules, logistics coordination, and capacity commitments, and flagging risks through regular supply reviews.
  • •Prepare dashboards and executive reporting on supply health, material availability, shortage status, and inventory metrics with data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Salary: USD 108,800 - 140,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in supply management, supply planning, materials management, or supply chain operations in hardware, manufacturing, or server/data center environments.
  • •Hands-on demand-supply balancing, shortage management, and inventory optimization to ensure material availability and protect build plans in high-volume production.
  • •Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel/BI tools to interpret supply signals and build dashboards.
  • •Strong cross-functional collaboration across Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, and Commodity Management in a global matrixed organization.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering/Business or related field; APICS CSCP/CPIM or Six Sigma preferred.
