Key Responsibilities

  • •Support qualification and validation activities for new equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • •Review and approve validation and quality documentation.
  • •Lead risk assessments and support change control activities.
  • •Investigate deviations, non-conformances, customer complaints, and CAPAs; perform root cause investigations and support corrective actions.
  • •Support internal audits and supplier qualification activities, collaborating cross-functionally to maintain and improve QMS processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • •3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Validation, or Manufacturing Quality.
  • •Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
  • •Knowledge of CAPA, deviations, change control, root cause analysis, risk assessments, and validation.
  • •Understanding of ISO 9001 and/or GMP requirements; fluent English with Dutch preferred.
