Key Responsibilities

•Report to front line leadership and work as a team member to achieve plant and departmental goals.
•Conduct daily forklift inspections and trailer inspections prior to loading/unloading.
•Wrap pallets with shrink wrap, scan pallets for traceability, and use FIFO for product movement.
•Load/unload incoming and outgoing freight, transport and retrieve products/raw materials using a scanner, and pick orders for shipment.
•Maintain housekeeping, lot control, non-conforming product control, and comply with ISO, SOPs, and established work instructions to uphold safety and quality standards.

Key Requirements

•Operate a forklift and a walkie rider safely; six months of forklift driving experience required.

•Work safely in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with temperatures that may exceed 102°F in summer and freezing in winter.
•Read, write, and speak English, and comply with safety requirements including PPE.
•Maintain attendance within company guidelines and complete a negative drug screen.
