Key Responsibilities

  • •Report to front line leadership and work as a team member to achieve plant and departmental goals.
  • •Conduct daily forklift inspections and trailer inspections prior to loading/unloading.
  • •Wrap pallets with shrink wrap, scan pallets for traceability, and use FIFO for product movement.
  • •Load/unload incoming and outgoing freight, transport and retrieve products/raw materials using a scanner, and pick orders for shipment.
  • •Maintain housekeeping, lot control, non-conforming product control, and comply with ISO, SOPs, and established work instructions to uphold safety and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Operate a forklift and a walkie rider safely; six months of forklift driving experience required.
  • •Lift up to 35 lbs periodically and perform physical tasks like sitting, bending, twisting, standing, and lifting.
  • •Work safely in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with temperatures that may exceed 102°F in summer and freezing in winter.
  • •Read, write, and speak English, and comply with safety requirements including PPE.
  • •Maintain attendance within company guidelines and complete a negative drug screen.
