Job Summary

Manage purchasing and retail product replenishment while keeping inventory systems accurate and within budget parameters. Receive and verify deliveries against purchase order specifications, log all in/out stock movements, and scan for discrepancies. Administer returns and credit processes for damaged, expired, and unsellable goods, maintain storeroom organization and health & safety compliance, and execute weekly cycle counts and annual physical inventory.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and update inventory and stock management systems within agreed parameters.
•Receive supplies/materials/equipment, verify deliveries against purchase order specifications, and complete necessary stock receiving paperwork.
•Manage all stock movements in and out and keep complete logs to ensure stock aligns with transfer documents.
•Maintain stock levels within agreed inventory parameters; scan incoming/outgoing items and flag discrepancies.
•Execute returns administration and storeroom maintenance (including health and safety procedures), and perform weekly cycle counts with annual physical inventory support.

Key Requirements

•2-5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
•Product/category knowledge.
•Retail industry experience.
•Ability to maintain and update inventory and stock management systems accurately within agreed parameters.
•Experience handling inventory receiving, stock movements, discrepancy identification, and returns processes.
