Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and update inventory and stock management systems within agreed parameters.
  • •Receive supplies/materials/equipment, verify deliveries against purchase order specifications, and complete necessary stock receiving paperwork.
  • •Manage all stock movements in and out and keep complete logs to ensure stock aligns with transfer documents.
  • •Maintain stock levels within agreed inventory parameters; scan incoming/outgoing items and flag discrepancies.
  • •Execute returns administration and storeroom maintenance (including health and safety procedures), and perform weekly cycle counts with annual physical inventory support.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
  • •Product/category knowledge.
  • •Retail industry experience.
  • •Ability to maintain and update inventory and stock management systems accurately within agreed parameters.
  • •Experience handling inventory receiving, stock movements, discrepancy identification, and returns processes.
