Lead Preschool Teacher

Lead a mixed-age preschool classroom in a Montessori environment for children ages 3–6. Observe and support each child’s physical, intellectual, and emotional development through individualized lessons and intentional guidance. Prepare an orderly, beauty-and-accessibility focused classroom that fosters concentration, independence, and “do it yourself” confidence. Provide practical life, literacy, and math instruction in both one-on-one and small-group settings, partnering closely with families.
