•Push updates with gameplay features and monetisation AB tests at a rapid pace
•Oversee HR for the team to retain A players and support their growth

Key Requirements

•Strong leadership to build and scale a new team and ensure goals are met
•Excellent communication, organization, and execution skills
•Experience in mobile games or gaming industry with data-driven decision making
•Understanding of game design and UX with knowledge of F2P market
•Fluency in English and ability to work with CET±3h timezone
