Key Responsibilities

  • •Run tenant improvement and facilities projects from kickoff to closeout, managing scope, schedule, budget, and contractors.
  • •Coordinate general contractors, architects, and vendors across concurrent office and facility buildouts.
  • •Track budget and schedule on all active projects and flag slips early for program controls reporting.
  • •Manage permitting, inspections, and AHJ sign-offs to ensure buildouts open on time and to code.
  • •Own project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and punch lists, and close projects cleanly.

Salary: USD 196,000 - 233,000 annually
