Project Manager, Facilities / TI

Lead tenant improvement and facilities projects from kickoff to closeout, owning scope, schedule, budget, and on-the-ground contractors. Coordinate general contractors, architects, and vendors across concurrent office and facility buildouts. Manage permitting, inspections, and AHJ sign-offs to keep openings on time and compliant. Drive project reporting by tracking budget/schedule and proactively flagging slippage, while closing with complete documentation, RFIs, submittals, and punch lists.
