Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain healthcare integration solutions using Mirth Connect, HL7, and FHIR.
  • •Build backend applications using .NET and SQL Server, including creation and optimization of database objects and queries.
  • •Develop and support healthcare interfaces for HL7 v2.x, FHIR, CCDA, and X12 EDI workflows (e.g., 270/271, 276/277, 278, 834/835, 837).
  • •Troubleshoot production issues with root-cause analysis and implement timely resolutions; support client onboarding, deployments, UAT, and releases.
  • •Collaborate across SDLC with Business Analysts, QA, Infrastructure, and customer teams; participate in solution design, code reviews, estimations, Agile ceremonies, and mentor junior developers.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of software development experience and 6–10 years overall experience.
  • •B.E./B.Tech./MCA (or equivalent) education background.
  • •Hands-on expertise with Mirth Connect (NextGen Connect) and healthcare integration standards.
  • •Strong knowledge of HL7 v2.x, FHIR R4, and CCDA, plus experience with healthcare interoperability projects.
  • •Experience in Agile Scrum teams and strong communication/stakeholder management skills.
