Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage an existing middle market portfolio and serve as the primary point of contact for clients’ banking needs.
  • •Pursue new middle market clients with borrowing needs greater than $3 million and generate deposit, loan, and fee revenue growth.
  • •Originate and manage relationships involving complex capital structures and identify capital markets opportunities as appropriate.
  • •Advise clients on financial needs and objectives by positioning the bank as a trusted partner and maintaining product knowledge.
  • •Oversee credit quality by monitoring financial statements and past-due accounts, elevating emerging credit quality concerns, and supporting loan documentation and closings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Finance related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • •At least three years of credit analysis and/or relevant industry experience.
  • •Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others.
  • •Strong computer and analytical skills.
  • •Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including some overnight stays.
