Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and continuously enhance the enterprise risk management framework aligned to ISO 31000 and COSO, tailored to the business model, risk appetite, and regulatory obligations.
  • •Define risk governance structure, escalation protocols, and decision rights; coordinate risk policy, risk appetite framework, and standards with Board and C-suite engagement.
  • •Own and embed principal risks and risk appetite statements, establish key risk indicators, and facilitate risk discussions to align decisions with risk appetite.
  • •Coordinate development of control libraries and risk-control matrices, define control design standards and testing methodologies, and lead control assessment and remediation tracking in coordination with assurance teams.
  • •Lead and mentor the enterprise risk team, promote risk culture and the Three Lines Model, and deliver tailored risk advisory and scenario planning support for key business decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Circa 15 years of enterprise risk management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity or in a risk advisory role.
  • •Experience developing and implementing enterprise risk management frameworks aligned to international standards (ISO 31000, COSO, King Code or equivalent).
  • •Strong knowledge of risk appetite frameworks, risk-return optimization, and applying risk appetite in strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
  • •Proven risk identification, assessment, and monitoring methodologies, including scenario analysis; quantitative risk modelling is a plus.
  • •Experience establishing internal control frameworks and control libraries (including COSO Internal Control – Integrated Framework or equivalent).
