Senior General Analyst

Support operational excellence by improving PMCM (Project and Construction Management) processes across the organization. Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and reference documentation; evaluate and enhance their effectiveness; and support change management and adoption efforts. Administer and continuously improve PMCM software applications, including user access, data maintenance, issue tracking, and agile configuration/release activities. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and serve as a mentor/knowledge resource.
