Key Responsibilities

  • •Work independently and with stakeholders to deliver high performance standards across relevant projects and develop a best-practice model.
  • •Facilitate calibration meetings, provide feedback on implementation/execution, and work with the Policy POC to disseminate policy updates.
  • •Perform daily audits, analyze errors, and deliver regular performance data reports to SME and management teams.
  • •Conduct regular RCA escalations and identify performance improvement areas across relevant markets.
  • •Manage queue moderation and knowledge quizzes; support onboarding training SOPs/materials and design or implement training plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent in Tamil for communication with Tamil-speaking markets; conversational English as the working language.
  • •Ability to embrace a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
  • •Experience in content moderation, content quality, content safety, labeling, or annotation (preferred).
  • •Understand business logic of labeling and upstream/downstream working modes (preferred).
  • •Ability to report to and collaborate with a broad range of XFN partners, with good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
