Junior Partner Representative (Weekends)

Own partner onboarding and day-to-day support for event partners. You’ll answer questions and resolve issues by sharing accurate information, guide partners through the internal platform, and help them through the billing process. You’ll coordinate closely with the Sales Team, turning new deals into standardized operational information while following communication procedures and policies to deliver excellent partner service.
