Paint Shop Supervisor (1st and 2nd Shift)

Supervise day-to-day paint shop work in an Inspection Center, managing hourly associates to meet production and quality goals. Lead safe vehicle flow into and out of the shop for repairs, review mechanical/physical defects, and train teams using quality control standards to complete repairs the first time. Coach performance, prevent and resolve conflicts, ensure adherence to policies and performance standards, and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager on repair vs. reject decisions.
