Contracts Manager (QA)

Manage tender review and contract preparation activities for company projects, ensuring contractual obligations are met to customer satisfaction after award. Lead contract administration and subcontractor administration, support contractual meetings, and provide guidance for extension of time and claims management. Develop contract standards, reduce contract claim incidents and commercial risks, improve claim-management processes, and oversee subcontract closeout of final accounts within defined timelines.
