Job Summary

Serve as the technical liaison between Production and functions such as Prepress, Pattern Development, and Planning. Own technical topics including equipment parameters and technical specifications for new product samples. Manage new product/item code development projects, review sample/first-off (FOD) and trial sampling processes, coordinate standards for new samples, and resolve technical issues through design and production to support mass manufacturing readiness.

•Manage new product development projects/item codes.
•Monitor and review the sample process, first-off deployment (FOD), and trial sampling.

•Resolve technical issues related to trial samples during design and production, confirming readiness for mass production.
•Support other departments on technical topics and may train new employees/operators and lead improvement/new process or product development projects.

Key Requirements

•1 to 2 years of experience in equivalent roles.
•Knowledge of production, process control, and the sample development process.
•Strong work organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects with tight deadlines.
•Experience managing printing orders and sample orders is an advantage.
