Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard and activate members, and provide 15-minute and 30-minute virtual coaching sessions via video or phone to set goals and stay motivated.
  • •Review AI-surfaced member data before and during sessions, and use AI-powered tools and resources to guide coaching direction and progress notes.
  • •Deliver general education on healthy eating, meal planning basics, and lifestyle strategies without providing Medical Nutrition Therapy or individualized therapeutic nutrition.
  • •Complete daily AI-assisted member rounding, progress notes, and chats within 24 business hours while strictly following SOPs and escalation pathways.
  • •Collaborate with the coaching team, providers, registered nurses, and operations teams; support weekend/holiday on-call responsibilities and coverage as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of experience in a metabolic health coaching role or dietitian setting.
  • •Comfort blending motivational interviewing and behavior-change coaching with metrics-driven, AI-informed direction.
  • •Ability to navigate complex technology, including a remote member app, AI systems, and internal dashboards.
  • •Experience managing a high-volume, uncapped caseload (or willingness and ability to do so).
  • •Comfort operating within a fixed schedule, standardized SOPs, and a structured coaching model.
