Key Responsibilities

•Lead and spearhead smart manufacturing initiatives by collaborating with internal teams and external System Integrators to conceptualize, design, and execute tooling automation projects
•Oversee CAPEX procurement related to tooling and automation projects in partnership with the procurement team
•Provide technical and quality leadership in collaborations with external System Integrators, managing risks and continuity plans
•Evaluate manufacturing processes to identify automation opportunities and drive Industry 4.0 enhancements for a Smart Factory environment
•Develop comprehensive project management plans from initiation to completion, including contingency plans and cash flow monitoring

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a technology or manufacturing-related engineering discipline; PMI PMP certification is a plus
•Knowledge in smart manufacturing, automation systems and manufacturing processes fundamentals
•Strong project management, technical leadership, problem-solving and analytics skills
•Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones
•Willingness to travel to Manufacturing Partner Sites, System Integrators, and supplier sites
