Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary technical pre-sales Solution Consultant for fintech and payments opportunities, partnering with Fintech Account Executive Directors.
  • •Lead discovery to understand prospect business models, risk posture, regulatory constraints, and onboarding/transaction flows, then translate them into tailored solution architectures.
  • •Design end-to-end identity and fraud workflows across Socure products, including API integration patterns, decisioning logic, rules, and data orchestration.
  • •Collaborate with Data Science to scope and execute POCs/backtests, define success metrics and evaluation methodology, and present recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • •Support business development activities such as demos, RFP/RFI responses, and SOW/pricing alignment, and ensure smooth pre- to post-sales handoffs with documented assumptions and risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, math, economics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •7+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in a client-facing technical role (solution consulting, sales engineering, professional services, or technical pre-sales) within enterprise SaaS or data products.
  • •Experience in fintech, payments, neobanking, lending, or sponsor banking, with exposure to digital onboarding, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, or fraud/risk management workflows.
  • •Track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder pre-sales engagements end-to-end: discovery, solution design, demo strategy, POC/backtest design, success metrics, and technical close support.
  • •Strong technical depth across SaaS/data architectures, including RESTful APIs, event-driven or batch integrations, rules/decision engines, analytics, and ML/DS-adjacent technologies.
