Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • •Coach and support the team in applying Scrum and Agile principles in a pragmatic way.
  • •Identify and help remove impediments affecting team progress.
  • •Support effective backlog management with the Product Owner and ensure sprint preparation.
  • •Create transparency on progress, priorities, dependencies, and risks while supporting delivery of automation solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Around 5 years of relevant professional experience, including solid Scrum Master experience.
  • •Proven experience delivering in Agile and Scrum environments.
  • •Experience working in banking or financial services (plus).
  • •Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment (advantage).
  • •Strong advantage: experience with Blue Prism or teams working with Blue Prism.
