Job Summary

Build and scale a partner ecosystem across the Middle East by identifying, evaluating, and developing technology and consulting partners that complement Sonar’s offerings. Own partner territory planning, joint business planning, and QBRs to drive new bookings and renewals, ensure enablement is completed, and align partner and Sonar technology and channel policies to minimize conflict.

Key Responsibilities

•Discover, evaluate, and develop partners (e.g., consulting partners, system integrators, software resellers, technology alliances, distributors, and hyperscalers where applicable).
•Create and execute a regional partner territory plan to deliver outcomes across new bookings, renewals, and new logos.
•Manage partner relationships, initiating involvement of internal teams (support, service, sales, marketing, management) to support the partner ecosystem.
•Run meaningful business and account QBRs and build joint partner planning with mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones.
•Proactively assess partner needs, manage compliance with channel policies, and ensure partners complete required enablement programs.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of channel/partner management experience in B2B technology (ideally SaaS/subscription; Dev Tools a plus).
•Proven track record building, maintaining, and expanding high-performance partners in the EMEA region.
•Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
•Self-starter with a can-do mindset; comfortable rolling up sleeves and tackling challenges.
•Ability to work effectively as part of a team and embody company values and culture.
