Lead and execute growth plans for strategic partners, ensuring long-term retention and building strong commercial relationships. Serve as a business advisor by training partners on platform tools to increase profitability and sales volume. Manage negotiations end-to-end—handling objections, negotiating commercial agreements, and making data-driven action plans based on KPIs. Coordinate account activation and guide the commercial team with best practices, while monitoring daily operations in the app.
