Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the partner relationship lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing enablement, ensuring mutual success for Cresta and partners.
  • •Act as primary point of contact and platform expert for technology and solution partners, guiding them on positioning and delivering Cresta solutions.
  • •Develop partner success plans and maturity roadmaps to increase self-sufficiency, solution adoption, and long-term business impact.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, Sales, and Enablement to drive joint go-to-market strategies and partner-driven opportunities.
  • •Monitor partner performance, adoption metrics, and health, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership to improve outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in customer-facing roles such as Partner Success, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, or Partner Relationship Management
  • •5+ years in the Contact Center space
  • •Experience with ISV, SI, and BPO partners in SaaS or enterprise technology environments
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop platform expertise and engage with both technical and executive audiences
  • •Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
