•Develop and execute local growth strategies for the Property & Buildings practice in the Kansas City market
•Lead multidisciplinary design teams and manage complex projects to deliver high-quality outcomes
•Cultivate and maintain trusted client relationships, representing the firm locally and regionally
•Oversee local strategic planning, project and office financial performance, and KPI-driven operations
•Mentor and develop staff, shaping the future of the office and practice

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural Engineering or Architecture; PE or RA license preferred
•15+ years of experience in design, including leadership roles
•Proven track record in business development and client engagement within the property and buildings sector
•Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
•LEED AP Certification (preferred)
