Key Responsibilities

  • •Own People Ops including day-to-day HR operations on Deel: onboarding new hires, managing contracts, payroll changes, and keeping employee records up to date.
  • •Automate HR operations to build a scalable, from-scratch people system.
  • •Ensure smooth onboarding for new joiners and transitions from contract to first month.
  • •Handle Office Operations such as planning events, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining a great office environment.
  • •Collaborate with Founders, Head of Talent, and AI Leader to identify and solve high-impact operational problems.

Key Requirements

  • •1–5 years experience in people operations, with hands-on experience running payroll in Deel or Remote
  • •London-based role with in-office presence most days
