Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support to Advisors across all areas of financial planning.
  • •Initiate and field client calls, and create proposals for prospective clients.
  • •Create and/or update financial plans and prepare materials for client meetings.
  • •Attend client meetings and manage/complete all meeting follow-up activities.
  • •Monitor portfolios, maintain target allocations, rebalance as needed, and assist with client data consolidation and special projects.

Key Requirements

  • •0-4 years of relevant experience in financial planning/wealth management support.
  • •Completed or pursuing CFP®, CFA or JD.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university (financial planning, business, accounting, finance, economics, or law preferred).
  • •Ability to manage and prioritize tasks with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • •Series 65 or ability to complete within 90 days of employment.
