Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and manage FRA client implementation and onboarding for new and existing clients.
  • •Coordinate project and workflow activities across financial engineering, product, design, development, QA, and support teams.
  • •Prepare and communicate project status, delivery updates, risks, and dependencies to internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Prioritise tasks and manage day-to-day issues across implementation, support, and operational activities.
  • •Provide day-to-day support for Risk as a Service (RaaS) and deployed solutions, including troubleshooting system, data, and process issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Experience in cloud technology, ideally AWS (GCP/Azure also valued) with REST APIs/JSON/XML; Kubernetes experience valued.
  • •Project management qualification such as Prince 2 or equivalent experience is an advantage.
  • •Experience with data analysis and operational problem solving.
  • •Experience with Python or other programming/scripting languages.
