Job Summary

Implement and support Financial Risk Analytics (FRA) solutions through the full client lifecycle, from onboarding and project coordination to business-as-usual support. Coordinate workflows across engineering, QA, product, and design teams; manage day-to-day issues, risks, and dependencies; and provide RaaS support to keep client operations stable. Perform data validation, troubleshoot system/data/process issues, and ensure UAT and pre-production environments reflect production design.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and manage FRA client implementation and onboarding for new and existing clients.
•Coordinate project and workflow activities across financial engineering, product, design, development, QA, and support teams.
•Prepare and communicate project status, delivery updates, risks, and dependencies to internal and external stakeholders.
•Prioritise tasks and manage day-to-day issues across implementation, support, and operational activities.
•Provide day-to-day support for Risk as a Service (RaaS) and deployed solutions, including troubleshooting system, data, and process issues.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical discipline.
•Experience in cloud technology, ideally AWS (GCP/Azure also valued) with REST APIs/JSON/XML; Kubernetes experience valued.
•Project management qualification such as Prince 2 or equivalent experience is an advantage.
•Experience with data analysis and operational problem solving.
•Experience with Python or other programming/scripting languages.
