Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the design vision, principles, and quality bar for the product
  • •Be hands-on early on: discovery, flows, UI, and interaction design
  • •Ensure high standards across UX, UI, accessibility, and interaction across products
  • •Own and evolve the design system and leverage AI and modern design tools to accelerate delivery
  • •Build and scale the design team (7 Product Designers and 1 User Researcher) and embed design into discovery and delivery
