Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire software and ML engineers.
•Partner with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs, team design, and long-term talent strategy.
•Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized engineering talent.
•Lead structured, high-quality interview processes that assess technical excellence, problem-solving ability, and alignment with Applied’s values.
•Improve and scale recruiting systems, tools, and processes to support efficiency and growth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 60,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong track record hiring software engineers, ML engineers, or other highly specialized technical talent
•Strong business partnership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights
•Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
•High ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
•Excellent written and verbal communication
